Do you require a minimum contract?

Our managed service retainers run month-to-month after an initial 3-month period. No long lock-ins — we keep clients through quality of service, not contracts.

How quickly can you get us started?

For most services, we can begin within 5–10 business days of signing. Server deployments depend on hardware lead times from First Distribution, typically 5–15 business days.

Do you only serve Pretoria?

No — we're based in Pretoria, but we serve clients in South Africa and worldwide. Remote services (cloud management, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity monitoring, AI automation) are delivered globally, and we do on-site visits across South Africa, with travel costs quoted upfront.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We handle migrations and transitions regularly. We assess your current setup first, then move across systems systematically to avoid downtime.

What if we only need one service?

That is fine. Many clients start with a single service and expand over time. There is no requirement to take on the full stack from day one.

How is billing handled?

Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month via EFT. Project work is billed 50% on approval and 50% on completion. Microsoft 365 and cloud licensing is billed monthly in arrears.
